Farm at Martins’ offers the taste of tradition, intimacy, and familiarity. Our speciality and also the advantage is that
all food which we offer to our guests is
produced at the farm or is of local origin. This demonstrates the eco-certification which we obtain every year. The process of food production starts already in the stable with feeding animals with home-grown cereals and clover. In meat processing, in a separate modern equipped space we are still using old good recipes.
On the farm, we are producing salami, savoury rolled cake with bacon filling, ham, sausages, grilled sausage, liver pate, minced bacon, and cracklings. Some of our products are also offered for sale to our guests. The wellbeing of our guests is our main guiding principle in the
cuisine and also on other fields. That is why we devote attention to every single visitor and we briefly p
resent the concept of our farm to our guests.
